Mecherath’s CRM and Sales Manager Tool
Mecherath’s CRM tool is an effective way to track your sales process, which you can define. We have up to ten different fields in which you can change the labels to meet your definitions and needs in your sales process. Those same customizable fields will show up in your reports to allow you to know precisely where in the process each salesperson is in with each lead, including numbers and percentages for each step in your CRM process.
Additionally, you can assign a salesperson to a sales manager. Depending on how you set up your preferences, the sales managers will only see their assigned salespeople in their reports. This process helps prevent salespeople/managers from borrowing other people’s leads, especially valuable when your people are working on full or partial commission.
